Ever since my mum gave me my first gym membership as a gift when I was 16 years old, I was hooked on fitness.  It has been a way of life for me, and for the past decade, it has also comprised my professional life.  After studying for a Sports Science Degree, I trained with Future Fit where I qualified as an Advanced Personal Trainer and Core Stability Master.  I'm also qualified in Pre/PostNatal Training. And, I even have a Health Referral Qualification - what's that? That means I know the body in and out and how to design training programmes accordingly. So, if you've got diabetes or hypertension or really any condition, you're in the right hands with me. Most importantly, over the course of my career, I have trained over 500 clients and have 10,000 classes under my belt….but I am most excited about delivering results with MOOSE X-TRAINING!

Greg - Personal Trainer

 

My own fitness journey began in early childhood. Always the keen sportsman, I have dabbled in many sports, earning sports coaching badges along the way. I am a former amateur boxer with a record of 17 fights with 16 wins. I now specialise in technical boxing training, strength and conditioning training, body shaping and fat loss training. I am an experienced trainer of male and female clients of all levels of fitness and ability, and I have also worked with amateur and professional boxers competing in televised events.

Given how performance and nutrition are so closely intertwined, I decided to gain a Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification and a Level 5 Advanced Sports & Exercise Nutrional Advisor Certification, supplementing these with various exercise awards. The knowledge and experiences gained from these valuable - and extremely relevant - qualifications, has allowed me to further my personal sporting endeavours, whilst simultaneously helping others achieve theirs!

I'm originally from South America, but I’ve lived and worked in the UK for nearly 15 years.  Upon arrival in London, I was introduced to fitness training, and since then, it’s consumed me.  I believe fitness is the key to everything that people want in life.  Fitness provides confidence, tons of energy , and it helps to destress and add positivity to one’s outlook on everyday life.  I personally boxed as an amateur back home with 10 fights all won by KO;  I loved it.  When I was badly injured, however, I turned my energy to helping people who wanted to get into boxing and who loved a challenge.  I love this too!  I'm qualified in circuits, kettle bells, personal training, among other specialties.  My true love is boxing though.  If you’re looking for an excellent workout, some really positive motivation, and maybe a bit of Latin charm, I’m your man.

I am a Serbian badass. I'm also a certified Advanced Boxing Coach. I will teach you how to properly execute your movements and take your fitness to the next level, plus develop strength, power, speed, agility and mobility. Though boxing has always been my main specialty, I've also developed a passion for Olympic weightlifting and resistance training. So, I am a Specialist in Strength and Conditioning (S&C) too. As a S&C coach I know that correct technique is the key to injury-free athletic development. Feel free to ask me about exercise physiology, nutrition, supplements, motor learning or even just proper exercise technique. While friendly and approachable at all times, during my sessions, I require discipline and effort. Be ready to work!

Kareem - Personal Trainer

 

I became a fitness professional in 2010, but I’ve been a fitness addict for most of my life.  As a kid, I participated in most school sports ranging from track to football and nearly everything in between.  I had always been itching to add boxing to my repertoire of activities, and when I turned 17, I finally had my chance to learn.  I quickly fell in love with the sport and started training as an amateur and even participated in some bouts.  My fighting days are over, but I’m always keen to do pad work and light sparring with clients. Nothing makes me happier than teaching someone (especially a kid!) a new skill and seeing results at the same time, whether that be with boxing gloves or a TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, or even just some well-planned circuits.

Melanie - Yoga Maven

 

I grew up scampering over rock pools and beaches in Cornwall. Perhaps it was all the mysticism associated with that part of the country that drew me to the fascinating world of yoga. From my very first class I was blown away by the instant sense of well being and an energy that has stayed with me ever since. 18 years later, and I'm still yoga's biggest fan, having travelled extensively through India and the Far East, where I decided to go pro and gained my 200 hour teaching qualification.  My clients have included students studying for their own teaching qualifications, as well as yoga for sports, mixed ability and first time beginners. I love so much watching the benefits of yoga light up the students I teach. For me yoga does not stop when the class does. It is a way of life and compliments so much beyond the postures themselves, from training in other sports, to nutrition, mental alertness in the day and great sleep at night. It gives long, lean muscle tone, flexibility, core strength... and a lot of fun along the way.
