We have regular group workout sessions taking place all over London. All you need to join in is a 'can do' attitude and your training kit.
Simply sign up
for a training session and you're good to go!
Classes can also be paid for using tokens from any size package
: 1- 100.

- X-Train with the MOOSE - High intensity bootcamp style group fitness that focuses on weight loss, toning, and core strength
- Box with the MOOSE - Low impact but high intensity group fitness that utilizes boxing techniques to burn calories, tone muscles, and strengthen the core
- Run with the MOOSE - Group run that incorporates a full body workout while building endurance
- Blast with the MOOSE - Group run (5k) but not your average running club jog. The MOOSE incorporates a full body workout - build endurance while burning calories and toning muscles
- MOOSE Blitz - Very high intensity bootcamp-style group fitness that focuses on weight loss, toning, and core strength, utilizing HIIT methodology. Get sorted in only 30 minutes!
